Fesitval Fever:

It's the most wonderful time of the year.... Music and Fashion go hand in hand so it's only natural that festivals are breeding grounds for amazing style.  Let's face it though; festival style is a style in which I wear in my everyday life.  Fringe, cut offs, graphic tees, crop tops, kimonos, an excessive amount of jewellery and embracing messy hair.  Any excuse to dress like a rockstar really is my motive, so festival season is the perfect time to really indulge in it.  This year, look out for wide brimmed hats, mirrored sunglasses, maxi sundresses and oh, overalls have made a huge comeback, in the best way.  Can't wait to feast my eyes on the killer looks that will be surfacing out of Coachella- a.k.a "Clotheschella" this weekend.  As a festival junkie, I will no doubt be stomping it out at a couple nowhere lands this summer.  There's nothing more liberating than surrendering to the music in the open air with the beat pulsating through your veins and the rhythm enchanting your soul.  Take me away...

Microtrend: Restructured Skirts

The asymmetrical skirt has taken a new form.  This look strikes sophistication with an playful edge. Structured and creatively constructed with a very modern feel.  Loving the lines - it's like a hardened version of a wrap skirt.  The best part about a skirt like this is that you can just throw on a tshirt and instantly look like a rockstar.  Wrap me up.

Coveting: Erin Wasson

Erin Wasson has been Coveteur'd! Finally, I get a glimpse inside the world of my style idol and all around amazing creature.  Her home decor and closet is exactly how I dreamt it to be. Rugged and edgy with a western flair tying back to her roots. Can we just be roomates? That boot collection has left me drooling.
